Manchester Piercing Services

Pure Piercing offers a range of piercing services in Manchester with all standard piercings starting from £25 for one and £45 for two (price includes plain titanium jewellery). We also offer discounts for students (WEDNESDAY ONLY) and NHS staff (EVERY DAY).

We have a variety of piercing and jewellery options to choose from.

Our Manchester studio is spotless and our staff are highly trained, meaning, whether it’s your first ear piercing, or you’re opting for a more unconventional piercing, we are well placed to guide you through the entire procedure.

All standard piercings are £27 for one and £48 for two including plain titanium jewellery.

Student Discount – We offer 10% off piercings for students with valid student ID (WEDNESDAYS ONLY)

If you are unsure what piercing you would like and need some support and advice to help you decide, we offer curation appointments where you can discuss your ideas with one of our experienced body piercers. Across our studios, we are committed to providing the highest standards of safety, comfort, and care. That’s why we exclusively use implant-grade titanium jewellery – either internally threaded or threadless – for all piercings. Both these styles of jewellery are designed to be gentler on the skin, reducing irritation and ensuring a smoother and overall more comfortable experience. All piercings are performed using the blade needle technique, which allows for greater precision, minimal trauma to the tissue, and faster healing times. We do not use cannula (hollow plastic) needles, meaning there’s less bleeding and no unnecessary disruption to the pierced area, resulting in a cleaner, healthier piercing process.

AGE POLICIES and Consent:

At Pure Piercing we try to be flexible where possible but believe that piercing should only be performed with informed consent. Anybody below the age of 18 must have consent from a parent/legal guardian. Under 16’s will require a parent/guardian present at the appointment. Parents/guardians will need to present valid photo ID upon giving consent. Under 18’s require written consent from a parent/legal guardian. This should include the guardians name, email and signature, along with a copy of their valid photo ID (this can be a clear photograph, rather than the physical copy).

Ear Lobe Piercings: 8 years+

We can be a little flexible with the age limit for children that show maturity and understanding early. We require a child to be Gillick competent and able to consent to the piercing. It is important for parents to know, if the child changes their mind at any point, we will not continue with the service as we no longer have their consent. If we pierce one ear and the child then changes their mind, we cannot go ahead with the other. We find it helps prepare children by letting them know it will hurt a little but will be over quickly.

Ear Cartilage Piercings: 14 years+ (can be flexible with a parent present)

Facial Piercings (not including lips): 14 years+
