Step by Step Guide

Follow below steps when you go to our external booking system.

1) Select the piercing you would like

2) Select the studio you will be going to (studio 1 and 2 in each city are in the same location)

3) Press continue

4) Select the correct date and time for your appointment

5) Fill in your details – Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email and SMS

6) Add comments – e.g. which piercings you would like if you are paying for a deal

7) Fill in the payment details

8) Pay and confirm – You will pay the full cost of the piercings with basic titanium jewellery. We have a wide range of upgrades to choose from in store should you wish to personalise your look

9) We look forward to seeing you at your appointment!

Booking policy: Bookings can be cancelled/amended up to 12 hours prior to due time. In this case, cancellations will be refunded fully. To cancel or amend appointments please follow the links in your confirmation email. NO REFUNDS will be issued for no-shows, lateness or inability to present valid ID when prompted. Please try to attend appointments on time, we get very busy and may not be able to fit you in later on in the day. If you are going to be late please let us know beforehand so we can try to accommodate for this. Please make sure you have eaten beforehand.

Cancellation policy: You can cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment time.

Additional information: When booking with Pure Piercing, you may receive appointment-specific communication from Setmore. This includes confirmations, receipts and reminders via email and SMS.
